Adam and Jamie from Mythbusters demonstrate a giant paintball machine than can instantly generate a picture. The main purpose of the machine is to compare the power of CPU and GPU. The first video shows CPU processor which can only created a smily face but the second demo shows how a GPU processor can make magnificent job painting monalisa face within a blink of your eyes.I dont know how much does the machine cost but who cares they are mythbusters . They have tons of money and sponsors to do anything they want.

Media Prima is kicking off the “What’s Your Big TV Idea?” competition this month under its TV production arm, Primeworks Studios (PWS). Twenty-year-old Nathan Schwartz of Clyde, Ohio took home the $50,000 prize in LG’s National Texting Championship – the down and dirty battle on the QWERTY.

Schwartz was able to accurately tap out a ridiculously long phrase in 60 seconds.

According to LG, the winning phrase was:

“Does everybody here know the alphabet? Let’s text. Here it goes … AbcDeFghiJKlmNoPQrStuvWXy & Z! Now I know my A-B-C’s, next time won’t you text with me?”

Not to take anything away from Schwarz — that phrase is definitely impressive — but the contest was only open to people with activated, full QWERTY phones made by LG.

Are you kidding me , i think most of my friends especially who are currently deeply in love can type longer than that in 60 seconds. The type than can die without mobile phone. If you seperate them with mobile phone they will get sick , burn and die.Since in Malaysia peoples would love texting more than calling due to overpriced charges , i really optimistic our champion can type atleast 1 A4 page atleast in 60 seconds.

It looks funny and im not sure the efficiency of swat of using segway anyway . Im not an expert of swat strategy or whatsoever but doesn’t it swat suppose to be in the stealth mode when they attack? If you come with Segway , terrorist can see you from billion light years away. Logically you can easily be dead because they can shoot you , throw a grenade at you and even stab you from the back because it does not equipped with side mirrors. I think somebody in upper management in the government making lots of money buying those Segways.

Heavy backpack load is no more relevant in the world where you can store thousand of songs in a candy bar size device. It just plain stupid to bring heavy books for 3-4 classes with the weight that can kill you instantly if dropped directly to your head from 3rd floor storey of your apartment.

Fortunately princeton made a first move by announcing that they are going to provide kindle-edition textbooks to all students this fall.Few major universities that going to follow the step are Yale, Oxford, and Berkeley. One device carries all your textbooks sound good enough to me.

Today is a Bill’s Last day at microsoft. Eventhough im using his ultimate creation ( windows) everyday but im no fan of Bill.However since today is his last day lets celebrate it by remembering good things that bill did for himself and for the world.

Mercedes claimed their cars will be free from petrol reliance by 2015. I really have a doubt on that. As far as i am concerned , Mercedes is quite famous with cars that can drinkup gas like a thirsty sportman.

They said they want to be free from petrol by 2015 , do they have a ball to do it.I dont think oil industry will let this to happen. If they started to produce this kind of green car comercially , other car manufacturers will follow their step in order to avoid monopoly in the new market.

Oil industry’s Ass will be on the line here. It is a billion dollar industry , peoples just have a genetic to kill for only 10 bucks . They even willing to start a nuclear war if billion of dollar on the stake . Do you think they will let something like this to happen , i doubt so.
